SHIPPING TIME FRAMES: Priority mail takes 3-4 business days. Express mail takes 1-2 business days. Photo paper cards take approx. 7 days to have them in hand from the day you place the order AND submit photos with priority shipping. Cardstock cards take approx. 7-10 days to have them in hand from the day you place the order AND submit photos with priority shipping. Digital files take approx. 24-48 hours from the day you place the order AND submit photos.
Option 1 - We print & mail your invitations to you - This option includes personalized photo paper or cardstock invitations with envelopes mailed to you. MINIMUM ORDERS APPLY.
Minimum order of 20 Photo Paper Cards OR Minimum order of 50 Cardstock Cards - if you need less than the minimum order, you may buy the digital design instead. Printers set the minimum print job so we are not able to adjust these minimums.
Option 2 - You print on your own - If you choose this option, the personalized/completed file will be emailed as a high resolution jpeg and you upload to your photo location for printing. Their printing prices are separate and you pay those directly at your location of choice. (Walmart, Costco, CVS, Shutterfly, etc). You will also purchase your own envelopes separate.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your emailed proof from the time we receive your order and photos. You will be allowed unlimited TEXT revisions after reviewing your proof.
If you want the background removed from your photo as shown in some of the samples where the child is trace cropped from their background in their original photo and placed on the invitation background, it's an additional one time flat rate $5.00.
One photo change after reviewing your proof is free, however, background removal photos are not revised for free, it would be $5 each additional photo with background removal if you do not like the removal on the first photo submitted. Please choose your photos carefully. I will also advise you if the photo submitted will not be the best photo for your invitation. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHONE PHOTOS, THEY ARE GRAINY. All photos submitted must be high resolution 300dpi minimum from a regular digital camera. By submitting your photos to us, you agree that you hold the copyright or have obtained permission from your photographer to use the photos . You agree that you accept full responsibility for the use of the photos you submit.

What is your cancellation and refund policy? If we have not started on the proof you may cancel and get a full refund. If you have already received your proof there is a $15 cancellation fee to cover the time that was put into your design. If the cards have already been sent to the printer, we are unable to cancel your order. No refunds on any digital design once it has been emailed to you for review. Once you approve your proof for printing any mistakes that you missed are your responsibility and reprints are subject to additional charges.

COPYRIGHT: You are paying for my TIME and effort to create your personal invitation NOT for the character images. I maintain the copyright on all my designs, but any licensed character images maintain the copyright of their original respective owners. I do NOT claim ownership of character clipart or graphics. The graphics on the invitations are provided to you for free. This invitation is NOT a licensed product and is consistent with private sale according to the first sale doctrine. Due to copyright restrictions on the character graphics, the file I provide you is to be used for one time personal use such as a birthday party. These items are not licensed products and all images of characters used in the designs are free and not being sold. These item are not sponsored, authorized or endorsed by the copyright owner. I do not claim any ownership over the characters or persons used in your customized item, they solely belong to their respective copyright holders. The displayed designs are all 100% created by me and are only to be distributed for personal use and are not to be re-sold. My designs are to be used for one time only and your purchase is for my labor, time, and creative effort used to make your custom party invitations. Please take into mind that Copyright restrictions on the characters only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use, for example events and birthday parties. If you choose to print at a photo lab make sure to check their copyright policy for printing materials with a licensed image prior to placing your order. Although by law you are permitted to use and print an image for a one time personal use, some places will still refuse to print them. I do not give refunds if you are unable to print the invitations.
